The Stratas System is our proprietary strategic planning process that has been designed to achieve outstanding results for Australian businesses. The Stratas System leads your team to critically think through where the business is currently positioned within the industry and its marketplace, and to identfy the big issues and opportunities that face the business and the best actions to take in response. The strategic planning process is facilitated by one of our specialist Stratas consultants.
What can I expect from Stratas strategic planning?
Our strategic planning process helps your planning team to create the powerful story of your business into the future. As a Board, CEO or Business owner you will clearly identify strategic priorities for the business and what needs to be in place to successfully execute your strategy.
What if my business requires support after the strategic planning process?
A range of implementation services are offered for clients that want support through this important stage. These services include Detailed Implementation Planning, Business Case Development, an Executive Dashboard and ongoing Executive Support.
How can I be sure the particular needs of my business will be factored in?
Prior to the strategic planning workshops, Stratas meets with the CEO or Board of the business to discuss the particular situation of the business and the current challenges that are being faced. Stratas then prepares the agenda and schedule to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved.

Our strategic planning services are offered in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and in other regions by arrangement.

How long does the Stratas strategic planning process take?
The Stratas System is designed to efficiently move your business through the complete strategic planning process and deliver the intended outcomes. The process involves a meeting between Stratas and the Board or CEO to prepare for strategic planning, then two full-day workshops (we recommend a week in between workshops), and then the documenting by Stratas of all strategic findings and the creation of a detailes strategic plan. A final interactive briefing is conducted by Stratas with the business to ensure the outcomes are fully understood and the next steps clear.
